I kept digging around for P90X workout sheets, and figured there probably others out there doing the same. So, in case you need them, those worksheets are on the Beachbody Fitness Tools page.
At last count, they have workout sheets in PDF format for the following workout programs (note: these links go direct to the files at the Beachbody site): P90X, P90X Plus, ChaLEAN Extreme, INSANITY, and RevAbs.
My personal favorite – currently only for P90X and P90X Plus – is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that is really cool: you input a bunch of starting information, and it keeps track of what you do in your workouts, even charting your progress automatically from the numbers you poke in as you go.

If you happen to be interested in sci-fi/fantasy sorts of things, check out In Her Name: Empire, which is completely free as an ebook in multiple formats. Why is it free? Because I want to hook you on a great story! No other gimmicks or gotchas. Download and enjoy it while you’re cooling down from your P90X workout! |
The only downside is that the macros in the spreadsheet will not work on a Mac in Numbers or even Excel for Mac (if you have Parallels or VMWare and are running Excel 2003 or later, you’re probably fine). It will still work fine to log your workouts, but not all the functions (mostly run by some of the buttons on the spreadsheet) function.
Update: I’ve added another post on P90X workout sheets here…
A Beachbody Coach Who Cares
Getting through P90X or any of Beachbody’s other programs can be a challenge without someone there to help motivate you. You may also not know which Beachbody workout program might be best for your needs. That’s where having a coach can make a huge difference in your success. There are, of course, many Beachbody coaches, but I’ll happily make a shameless plug for my wife, Jan: yes, I’m obviously biased, but she’s been a huge factor in my own success, and she’s helped a lot of other people reach their fitness goals, too. She really cares about her clients and friends, and works hard to help them succeed. So, if you’re interested, please contact her through her Beachbody Coach page!

Thanks for the tip on finding the P9-0X Workout Sheets. These Excel based charting sheets are just what I was hoping to find (way better, actually). Anyone doing the P990X program should consider downloading these Worksheets to help her / him track progress. Thanks again for the link.
If you are doing P90X you are going to need these sheets. Keep “Bringing It”
Also, if you are looking to keep track of your food I have an excel download available on my blog. It is in the sidebar. The P90X plus workout sheets, P90X fit test, P90X workout log are also there if you need them. Keep “Bringing It”.
I Couldn’t find them anywhere! It was driving my nuts. Thank You.
Looking for the link for P90X workout sheets, I couldn’t find them. Thanks in advance!
Ron – It’s the link at the end of the first paragraph to the Beachbody Fitness Tools Page.
How do I put weight training in with the p90x. So far I think the tape are great, time goes very fast i like the new changes to my work outs. but i would still like to weight train. God gave my very muscler body for a female in her late 40. My main thing i would like to change in my legs age has taken it told on the skin firmness help

P90X definitely includes weight training with dumbbells and/or resistance bands. I’ve found this to be really effective on the upper body in combination with the other “push/pull” exercises, like chinups and pushups. If you feel you aren’t getting enough of a workout, then you need to increase the weight you’re using.
If you have really strong legs, the Leg and Back routine may not challenge your lower body enough. You might want to do something like add in or substitute some squats or similar exercises with heavier weights.
Thanks for the link to the spreadsheets. BTW, they do work on Macs.
Ruben – Yes, the spreadsheets work, but not all the macros do (at least on mine). It’s not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience…
I have been into pilates and such for about 3 years and can not get enough, especially since I got my new reformer.
